On Drugs 6 pictures

This set is photos of workshops done on themes of drug awareness in different places across Yorkshire. I dont think 'no to drugs' slogan is useful, if I get told 'wet paint dont touch' I touch it to see if its wet'. Its better to give someone the facts so they can make an informed decision themselves. When young people are colouring in its easier to have open discussions about drugs and their experiences.

“I wrote the word skunk by scratching into the paint when it was still wet, and got the idea of the character from a picture on my phone. In this picture there is a clown smoking a spliff that looks totally mad! I thought I should use this picture on the canvas to represent that smoking skunk (cannabis) can make you have mental problems, like schizophrenia or paranoia.”
